Lisa-Jane Graffard (Au-Delà des Pistes/Godolphin)

Irish-born Lisa-Jane grew up surrounded by horses. Having graduated from the Godolphin Flying Start programme in 2005 she has spent the last ten years working for Darley and Godolphin, one of the world’s largest owner/breeder operations. Since 2009 she has represented His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s racing interests in France. Godolphin’s passion for the sport of horse racing transcends the racetracks, with an ultimate goal of having a lasting impact on the sport throughout the world. Godolphin’s involvement in supporting welfare allowed Lisa-Jane to set up the aftercare organisation Au-Delà des Pistes (ADDP) in early 2016, alongside Nemone Routh of the Aga Khan Studs. She is also a trustee of the Godolphin Flying Start programme. Lisa-Jane is married to racehorse trainer, Francis-Henri Graffard, and they live in Chantilly, France with their two daughters, Victoria and Scarlett, three dogs and still happily surrounded by horses!
